Synopsis:
Mist was never supposed to have a physical form. She was born when the essence of life and essence of existance got too close to eachother. It was all a perfect coincidence that she ended up stuck on Earth, in this day and age, in this frame of reality. Her only connection to the power of the unknown is in the slit on her neck.
Humans found little newborn Mist under a tree, drenched in a glowing web-like substance. The emmediately thought she was a demon--not the good kind but the evil, hell-raising kind--and she's been running ever sense. She's the only thirteen year old she knows of that has whole religions based off of herself and knows the answers to some of the universe's most brutal, disturbing questions. And the only one she knows of who scares herself with her own power...especially when her chest is carrying enough pain, in which case she becomes almost a completely different being.
