Katherine Created and used for: [Present] Yu-Gi-Oh Rating: PG/PG-13 [for angsty past and mild language] Genre: Tragedy, mystery, stealth, and comic-relief Yami or hikari: Yami Is: copied by everyone on TV!! Everyone’s copying my favorite, most complex character!! And portraying her worse!! AAARGH!!!!! It’s just a losing battle; I’ll never have an original idea... Nickname(s): Horrid((cheap, yes)by those who can't pronounce or don't know her original name), Nut and Ij'(by Katherine), and Yami Katherine(by everyone else)...Iji (for short) Name: Iji-Gojou Middle name: Ganko-Henka Last name: Faita Age: 5015 [consistently half a year older then her hikari] Languages known: English and little Japanese Magical/special abilities: Can cut things with hair-strands, see and move through stone, produce an indestructible kind of stone/ice from tears [stone from left tear-duct, ice from right; can't cry but can control which tear-duct to use if she could; that previously became extinct when she died and tombrobbers stole every bit of the substance; another long story I have no time to tell; I came up with the idea before I got that YYH DVD, darnit!!], sense intense thoughts like a sixth sense, and gain power from dark presences and/or pure, hard-core concentrated angry thoughts with her mill. anklet. Background info: A band of tombrobbers broke into their mediocre home, containing a strong-willed single mother and her two-year-old child. They came for the family airloons but took a detour when they saw little Iji-Gojou crying tears of ice and stone. [I came up with this idea on my own, darnit!! It's so over-used, though!!] Thinking the substances may gain him some profit, he tried to kidnap her. Her mother stepped in front of him and unshielded her fists. She put up a good, long fight, but was stabbed in the chest with a spear by one of the other tombrobbers in the end. Little two-year-old Iji-Gojou started yelling, pleading for her mother and attempting to telling off the tombrobbers as best as a toddler could. The one with the spear chanted something, and in an instant a pain pulsed through her body and ended in her chest. Her fate was sealed from then on. For years, after the event, she served the tombrobbers: cooking, cleaning, performing gruesome errands, in the distant hope of the tombrobber that cursed her, the only one who could uncurse her, would relieve her of the curse. He died during a raid. The other tombrobbers found this hilarious; Iji-Gojou was six at the time. People would get pissed off and/or stupid just catching a glimpse at her or hearing her name, so she learned to always stay in shadows. So no one would be able to see her too clearly. She grew reclusive and cold. People ganged up on her and some would search for her for days on end, giving her the sleep-insomnias [not to mention paranoia] that she has to this day. She started going insane with lonliness under the influence of an entire world after her dead body, and spare soulrooms started creating themselves. She eventually moved into one of them by the age of eight, and meraculously the curse subsided for the most part...but everyone still had their memory. She had learned well from the tombrobbers, but never liked the idea of stealing or harming anyone in any way, because her mother had raised her well in the few years that she knew her. She finally stole one of the Millenium items one night--the Millenium key. She had to fight and run past a few guards, and get injured. She drew in some of the Shadow power into her current soulroom, which was formenting something powerful. Needless to say, this landed her in something short of the death penalty, despite her young age. She didn't protest. By nine, she had long-sense shedded that soulroom. She had been banished to the desert again, thank Ra. It was time to summon up as much will as she could and cry out the Millenium Anklet she had been constructing inside one of her soulrooms for a year. It was a little painful, but not as painful as the bruises and gashes covering her body from the time she had spent in her original soulroom while the third one was being ripped open. The second one had to be left alone if the anklet was going to be pure Shadow power and the best parts of her, rather then...emotional stuff. She cried for about half an hour until the unique golden substance had formed a complete anklet at her limp side, and then cried some more. With this item, she'd have power over her life yet. A warrior/guard/philosopher of about sixteen or seventeen named Lilka stood up for her when she was being shoved around by the guards little Iji-Gojou had been left with, whom cared less about their jobs and were stupid and authoritive enough to be blinded by the good ole' Victim's Curse. No protests from Iji-Gojou...except a consistant resent-glare. Lilka was stabbed by a spear. Iji-Gojou, having never had someone stand up for her like that before, caught and sealed the philosopher inside the Millenium Anklet. Bad choice. That was the last time she cried. She died of internal bleeding of the chest, going straight inti 5000 years of isolating purgatory because the anklet was being occupied by that philsopher and her restless spirit refused to pass on. ...It's not all bad, though. She did get her revenge...As the Millenium Anklet passed hands by the bad people, they were given Bipolar and killed themselves. |
